The Good News of the Day:
Donald Trump, failed 45th president of the United States, will be adding to his already impressive count of 71 felony counts — 34 in connection with hush money payments to Stormy Daniels, and 37 for mishandling classified documents and obstruction — when he is indicted in the coming days for his part in the January 6 insurrection and for his attempts to disrupt congress’ business of certifying the electors in the month or so leading up to that day.
Opinion:
71 would be great if it were his latest golf score, but we’re predicting nothing but double bogeys right into the clubhouse, errr — big house — for 45 in the coming weeks. Truthfully, we’re hoping he scores over 100 in felony counts (can you do that for us, Jack?). That won’t win Trump any club championships, but it will make us laugh that much harder.
